Everyone has a vision to grow in his life and be successful. But everyone is not successful. Many of us are not satisfied with his own performance, not because he is not putting his effort but, despite putting efforts he is not getting the result.

Let us look at this phenomenon bit scientifically so that growth can be planned with certainty.

Let us know the different phases that need to be identified before we think to be in the growth zone.

There are four Zones of Performance for anybody and everybody which leads to Growth, Satisfaction and success.

Four Zones of Performance:

• Comfort Zone
• Fear Zone
• Learning Zone
• Growth Zone

The above zones are inherent to the success journey and the beauty of these zones are there that they vanish the moment you identify them.

Comfort Zone:

You are called to be in a comfort zone when you are feeling safe and behaving like a backbencher. Certainly, you are not the front bench means you have a tendency to avoid challenges. Neither the challenges are coming to you directly not your are calling anything towards you which challenges you. You are comfortable & cosy and follow a very set kind of routine. And most important is that you have a feeling that you are doing wonderful and your growth is secured. You enjoy hashtag #mypersonality traits.

Fear Zone:

In this zone, you are a fearful person. You don’t invite a challenge but if you encounter a challenge, you handle it fearfully. You take people's opinion and get influenced easily instead of taking your bold opinion forward. Being fearful, you co-relate your failure with the past and justify them to be correct. You avoid being challenged directly and handle a challenge fearfully. Your confidence level is very low. Feels offended when someone drags you into a challenging situation.

But you have an urge to break the comfort zone because you noticed that being static in your comfort zone is not giving you growth

Learning Zone:

Learning Zone comes next to the Fear zone. You have noticed that being fearful you are not able to handle a challenge that you wish to and win over the situation. In this zone, you start behaving like a frontbencher and start inviting challenges. You are out of your comfort zone and ready to acquire new skills to meet the challenges. Learning becomes fun and pleasant as it looks like a weapon to move ahead. You are out of your cell with new energy.

Growth Zone:

This is the ultimate zone where everybody wishes to be. In this zone, you start working for your dream. You are in a position to ask the purpose of ”you and your work”. You ask what is hashtag #mypersonality. You start expanding your boundary. You push the boundary towards your future which can fulfil your dream. Being challenged and winning over the challenges is the way of life. Don’t feel offended when someone challenges you, but see an opportunity in every challenge. You are very clear about your Goal and dreams and the path to success is visible to you. No more ambiguity….and you are on your growth path.

Now it’s time for action. Do an honest exercise, where you identify in which zone you are. The more honest you will be with yourself the better result will be. Take a pen and paper and observe your behaviour, attitude, thinking pattern and planning perspective. Now draw a plan to move to the next zone and attach a timeline to it. Please understand that you cannot jump a zone. Crossing every zone to reach to growth zone is a must phenomenon. Whether you choose or not, you will be in every zone. Better plan your eveY zone and reach to growth zone.
